Registration information
Deadlines
The registration is open as from 15 January 2008, and closes on 15 April 2008, at midnight. The deadline for poster submission is at midnight on 29 April 2008.
Please note that there is limit of 100 participants (excluding speakers).
THE REGISTRATION FOR THE INPEC MEETING IS CLOSED.
Please contact the Secretariat if you still intend to participate in the INPEC conference.
Registration steps
Registration for the conference consists of five steps:
- Review the fees for the registration.

Fill in the Registration form

Confirm your registration.
An email that is sent to you, contains a link that you click to confirm your registration. After confirmation, a registration number is provided that you can use if you need to contact the Conference Organization.
If you did not receive any emails, contact the Conference Organization.

Open an account.
When you have confirmed your registration, an account will be opened for you that you can use to submit your poster abstract and to pay the registration fee. An userid (your email address) and a password is sent to you by email. The password can be changed.

Pay the registration fee
Log into your account at the Participants' Area and follow the instructions there.
Confirmation policy
Confirmations of conference participation will be sent as soon as the payment has been administered by the Conference Organization. This usually takes several days to 1-2 weeks. Fees should be paid not later than 29 April 2008. Confirmation of payment will be sent by email, as soon as the payment has been administered.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation requests must be sent through your account. The registration fee is fully refunded if the request is received by 11 February 2008. From 12 February 2008 to 11 April 2008, only 50% is refunded. Participants who request a cancellation after 11 April 2008 will not receive any refund.
Registration fees
Fees can be paid by credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or by bank transfer, either immediatelly when you register, or at a later date. If you choose to pay by credit card, log into your account and follow the instructions there. Information about paying by a bank transfer is also available there. Fees should be paid not later than 29 April 2008.
The registration fee includes the conference material, lunches, banquet, reception, and coffee and tea during the breaks.

*Not applicable.
- Students and postdoctoral fellows must share their room, if they choose to let INPEC arrange for their accommodation.
- 'Avec' refers to a spouse/partner for a given participant. Spouse/partner is not participating in the conference (no coffee, no lunches and no abstract book) but will attend the conference banquet and excursion.
- An extra fee of 500 euros is added, if the registration concerns an 'avec' registration. The room for the accommodation is then always 'shared'. For instance, the total registration fee for a postdoc who registers as 'avec' would be 200 + 500 euros.
